The TCR European Endurance championship has entered its second season with clear
momentum. More than 20 drivers took part in the opening round of the 2025 calendar at
Italy’s Mugello Circuit, culminating in a thrilling race finish that sets the tone for a high-
intensity campaign ahead.
The championship’s concept – dedicated to touring cars competing over long-distance
formats – is steadily gaining traction across the motorsport landscape. It's drawing a
dynamic mix of seasoned veterans and emerging young talents, ready to battle for top
honors in both the overall standings and in the Gen-1 and DSG classes.
A major change for the 2025 sporting regulations is the revised points system. Teams now
earn points across each phase – qualifying as well as race’s Stage 1 and Stage 2 – making
consistency in performance more vital than ever.
After supporting the launch of the project in 2024, Racing Spirit continues its partnership
with TCR European Endurance into the new season, outfitting championship staff with a
curated selection of technical apparel designed to blend comfort and style both in the
paddock and trackside.
The 2025 season spans five events in total, with the next stop scheduled for June 8 at
Slovakia Ring. The calendar continues with a trip to Hungary’s Pannonia-Ring, followed by two more rounds on Italian soil at Vallelunga (September 21) and Misano (November 15), where the end-of-year awards ceremony will take place – featuring Racing Spirit and OMP proudly presenting honors to the winners.
Mauricio Slaviero, TCR European Endurance Promoter
“I am beyond excited for the 2025 season, especially after our opening round of the
season around the Mugello Circuit: such an exciting race was a testament to our hard
work during the winter, and to see the championship’s format thrive is something we’re
really proud of. We’re also extremely thankful to our partner Racing Spirit: their products
are of the highest quality, and they share the same values that we stand for, which make
them the perfect brand to be associated with.”
