Brothers in Arms ready to hit the track in Vallelunga

TCR European Endurance is ready to get back in action for the second round of the season at the Autodromo di Vallelunga, and the starting grid of the Italian round will see the addition of Brothers in Arms. The Italian outfit will therefore make its debut in the series promoted by Mauricio Slaviero, taking a Cupra DSG to the track with brothers Adriano and Claudio Gentili behind the wheel.

Brothers in Arms’ origins date from 1960, when Antonio Gentili founded a team to be part of the motor racing world on a national scale, racing in series such as Campionato Italiano Velocità Turismo and various super touring events. After some time off, Adriano and Claudio decided to carry on with their father’s legacy by creating Brothers in Arms in 2020; the team quickly became successful, thanks to a collaboration with Progetto E20 Motorsport in Italian championships such as Mini Challenge, BMW CS Racing Cup and Clio Cup Italia. The team then started to test TCR cars at the end of last season to prepare for their 2024 schedule, with the intention of competing as an official outfit. Other than their TCR DSG campaign, Brothers in Arms will therefore partake in the continental endurance series dedicated to touring cars, thus growing their international program.

Vallelunga will be the theater of the next TCR European Endurance race, with the second round of the championship scheduled to take place on Sunday, May 19th.

Mauricio Slaviero, TCR European Endurance Promoter
Brothers in Arms is a team that shares the core values of TCR European Endurance, and I’m very happy to welcome both Adriano and Claudio to our championship. It’s great to see a team such as theirs take on the new challenge offered by our series, and I’m sure that they will play a key role this week in Vallelunga”.
