MM Motorsport is preparing to make its debut in the TCR European Endurance at the final round of the 2026 season, scheduled for 14–15 November at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli. The Bergamo-based team will field a Honda Civic FL5 TCR entrusted to a highly competitive driver line-up featuring Mike Halder and Marco Pellegrini. It marks a new international challenge for the Italian outfit, which will take on the series’ endurance format for the first time, with two 55-minute races scheduled at Misano.
German driver Mike Halder is one of the most experienced competitors in the European TCR scene. He arrives in Italy having secured second place in the 2026 TCR Europe standings, following a season in which he fought for the title until the final round. His achievements also include two TCR Spain titles, claimed in 2021 and 2025. He brings considerable experience to the team, along with an in-depth knowledge of the Honda Civic FL5 TCR, having raced the car throughout the European season.
Joining him will be Marco Pellegrini, the Milan-based driver who competed in the 2026 TCR Italy with MM Motorsport. Pellegrini finished sixth overall in the championship and third in the Master Trophy, while also helping the team secure second place in the teams’ standings. It was a positive season, highlighted by a double Master class victory at Mugello, which confirmed his progress and his ability to consistently compete at the front of the national series.
The pairing therefore heads to Misano with an interesting blend of experience, combining a car already thoroughly tested by Halder with the continuity of the work Pellegrini has carried out with MM Motorsport. The main challenge will be adapting to the demands of endurance racing, where tyre management, consistency and cooperation between drivers play a decisive role.
The Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli is set to host the final round of the 2026 TCR European Endurance, following previous visits to Vallelunga, Slovakiaring and Valencia. With two 55-minute stages and the final championship decisions still to be made, the season finale on the Adriatic coast will offer one last opportunity to make an impression in the continental series. MM Motorsport, Halder and Pellegrini are ready to take on the challenge, aiming to emerge as outsiders in the fight for the top positions.
