Four TCR European Endurance drivers in the TCR World Ranking Top-100

Following the latest review of the TCR World Ranking, which classifies every driver partaking in TCR-sanctioned events all over the world, four drivers who have raced in the 2025 TCR European Endurance season feature in the top-100, with two of them even extending their stay in the top-10. It’s the case of the Girolami brothers: on one hand, Franco is still the highest-ranked driver who has competed in the series promoted by Mauricio Slaviero this year, sitting in seventh. Two places behind him is his brother Néstor (Hyundai Elantra N), who just made his debut with BRC Racing Team in Vallelunga, finishing the race in a solid second.

The other two drivers in the top-100 are Salvatore Tavano (Cupra Leon Competicion) and Alessandro Alcidi (Audi RS3 LMS). The former, who took his first overall win in TCR European Endurance last time out in Vallelunga, has gained three spots on his way to 53rd place. Instead, the latter came back to the series after missing round two, competing with BF Motorsport and ensuring third place in the overall standings. This result enabled him to enter the top-100, gaining 11 spots and up to 93rd.

Throughout the rankings, the TCR European Endurance drivers who excelled in Vallelunga were able to gain plenty of places. A stellar performance from Eric Scalvini (Cupra Leon Competicion), who partnered Tavano in their maiden victory in the championship, gained 81 spots and is up into 381st place, becoming one of the biggest movers in the entire ranking. Similarly, Néstor Girolami’s teammate Viktor Davidovski (Hyundai Elantra N) gained 63 positions, currently sitting in 457th, while Yuri Brigliadori (Audi RS3 LMS) broke into the top-300 and now finds himself in 292nd. A maiden DSG win for Damante/Maccari (Audi RS3 DSG) also propelled them upwards in the standings: the former went up by 15 spots on his way to 269th, while Maccari gained an impressive 54 places and is now 396th.

The third round of the season also saw three drivers make their competitive debut in the TCR World Ranking. Umut Göktaş (Audi RS3 DSG) took second place in the DSG standings with TEXACO Team AMS, ensuring a debut in 501st position in the rankings. Behind him was Christopher Issa (Cupra Leon DSG), who sits in 507th after officially partnering Senna Summerbell at Wimmer Werk Motorsport for the first time in qualifying as well as in both stages. Finally, Davide Rosini (VW Golf DSG) made his debut for Tuder Motorsport, and is now in 511th place in the TCR World Ranking.

TCR European Endurance is set to finish its second season in history in Italy, as the Misano World Circuit will host the fourth and final race of the season, which will crown the series’ champions on November 16th.
